The 2001 summer specialty of the NCLC was supposed to be two shows held on one day. The judge of the second show fell ill and there was not enough time to replace her. Yoshka placed third in the Champion Class behind Boston in first and Gus in second. The judge said he just does not have the substance those two have. Nevertheless, she really liked him and emphazised his strong points in the write up.
Yoshka almost got a leg in Open but blew off the broad jump, our long time standing nemisis. It was way to hot but I was quite proud of how Yoshka performed the first time around in the ring, unfortunately the second time, close to high noon, was a total disaster - but I cannot really blame the heat.... |
